DIGITAL PDF PATTERN

  • Digital PDF patterns are strictly non-refundable.
  • For clarifications, email us at sales@sewfisticatedcraft.com with your order number.
  • Please refrain from disputing bank charges before contacting us, as we incur USD15 in admin fees. Repeated or unreasonable disputes may result in being barred from purchasing SCD patterns and products.

ACCESSING DIGITAL CONTENT

You can access your downloadable files directly from your SCD account under "Digital Content" in your account details.


Please be aware that there is a limit of 5 downloads per purchase, so it's recommended to download the files to your devices for ease of access.  Email us  sales@sewfisticatedcraft.com with your order number if you need help with download limits.


PRINTING OF PATTERN PIECES
When printing the pattern pieces, especially those that need to be taped at the diamond, please follow these steps to ensure smooth printing:

  1. Save the pattern files to your computer first.
  2. Open the files using Adobe Reader, a free software known for its compatibility with printing. Click HERE to download the software.
  3. Set the orientation to AUTOMATIC.
  4. When printing, select either Actual size or 100% scale.
  5. Please note that using mobile devices for printing may result in deviations. For the best outcome, we recommend using a computer to print.
  6. The pattern pieces are designed to print on either A4 or US Letter paper size.

    MEASUREMENTS

    All cutting measurements provided throughout the pattern are listed as width x height. Seam allowances (SA) are highlighted in RED throughout the pattern instructions for easy reference.

    Measurements are given in both Imperial (Inches) and Metric (CM) units for your convenience. 

    FABRIC PRINT ORIENTATION 

    • Follow the SEWFISTICATED logo for any print orientation.
    • The pattern's orientation follows the lengthwise grainline (warp direction), as indicated by the Sewfisticated logo. To minimize stretch, ensure you cut your fabric along the grainline that aligns with the logo’s orientation.

    MUTLIPLE PATTERN PIECES

    • Some pattern pieces require lining up the diamond first - watch the video to see how I tape the pattern pieces together.  This should help guide you through the process! 
    • Identify the corresponding labels on the pattern pieces and align the triangles to form a complete diamond from one piece to the next.  
    • Ensure the shapes connect seamlessly.  
    • Use the Pattern Pieces Overview as a reference and double check the measurements with a ruler for accuracy after securing the pieces together.

    STABILIZER MARKINGS

    • Punch holes to transfer the Stabilizer placement markings (blue dots) - refer to below diagram.
    • A great tip from previous tester, Jessica Lehman Patole on earlier pattern. 
      “Punch holes along the corners, curves and red dashed lines (blue dots) - line up pieces along the edge of your stabilizer, mark your holes, and then connect the dots using a ruler or your pattern piece. This method helps to save precious stabilizer!”
