Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you notice a duplicate charge, please contact us at sales@sewfisticatedcraft.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

⚠️ Please do not file a chargeback before reaching out to us. Chargebacks incur a USD $15 admin fee, and repeated disputes may result in restrictions on future purchases.

This pattern may not be copied, distributed, or used in workshops without written permission.

You can access your downloadable files directly from your Sewfisticated account under "My Digital Content" in your account details.

Please be aware that there is a limit of 10 downloads per purchase, so it's recommended to download the files to your devices for ease of access.

When printing the pattern pieces using your computer and Adobe Reader, ensure that you select the "Actual" size option and measure the 1" or 2.5/3 cm test box to confirm that your pattern pieces are printed at the correct size. Select "Automatic" for paper orientation to ensure proper alignment. Please note that using tablets or smartphones may result in deviations.

The pattern pieces are designed to print on either A4 or US Letter paper size.

If you received a Sewfisticated Craft Designs (SCD) pattern through a subscription box, it won’t automatically appear in your SCD account because we don’t receive customer information from our box partners.

But don’t worry - it’s super easy to claim your pattern!

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in or create an account
   Use the same email address you’d like your pattern linked to.
   
2. Find the pattern
   Search for the pattern name (e.g., “Subscription Box Pattern”) and click on it.
   
3. Add it to your cart
   
4. Enter your discount code
   (The code is included inside your subscription box.)
   
5. Check out
   No extra payment is needed once the code is applied.
   
6. Access your pattern files
   After checkout, log into your account.
   Go to “My Digital Content” (under your profile or account menu).
   Click Download to get your files and happy stitching!

• Save the file to your computer before printing.
• Open using Adobe Reader (free). Download Adobe Reader here
• Print at Actual Size / 100%, with orientation set to Auto.
• Pattern pieces are sized for both A4 and US Letter paper.
• Avoid printing from mobile devices to prevent sizing errors.
• All patterns come with a Cut List.
  We recommend double-checking all measurements after printing the pattern pieces, even if the test box (1" or 3 cm) prints correctly.

In rare cases, you may need to adjust the scale slightly to 97% or 103% if printing at 100% does not produce the correct measurements, even when the test box prints correctly.

• All cutting measurements are listed as width x height.
• Seam allowances (SA) are highlighted in red throughout the instructions.
• Both Imperial (inches) and Metric (cm) units are provided.

Here are a few important guidelines to follow:

• Always include a link to the original pattern.
• Do not show or share any paper pattern pieces or measurements.
• Avoid displaying your cut pieces on a gridded cutting mat throughout the video.
• It's strongly recommended to do a trial test run, especially if you're new to Sewfisticated patterns. This helps you become familiar with the construction and terminology before filming.
  

Once your tutorial is complete, feel free to share the link with me. I’ll be happy to consider adding it to my website. However, please note that I reserve the right not to share tutorials that don’t follow these guidelines or include modifications I do not recommend.
