 Machine used - Semi Industrial Juki TL2200QVP mini

  • Small - Cotton Woven fused with mid-weight interfacing (slightly stiffer than SF101) and decovil light for front and back panel, top flap and base. Waterproof Canvas 420D for all lining. Sewn in detachable straps with 1” (2.5cm) black seat belt.
  • Medium - Croc faux leather 0.8mm for side accents. Jujube Queens Court laminated fabric for fussy cut front panel, top flap, base, back panel and slip pocket. Decovil light for front and back panel, top flap and base. Waterproof Canvas 420D for all lining. 14mm inner diameter Grommets with 11/4” (3.2cm) black seat belt.
  • Medium - Croc faux leather 0.8mm for side accents. Tiki Broadshort fabric from Alchemats, fused with mid-weight interfacing (slightly stiffer than SF101) and thin fleece. Waterproof Canvas 420D for all lining. 14mm inner diameter Grommets with 11/4” (3.2cm) black seat belt.

Small and Medium - Cotton exterior/interior, woven interfacing from SMH and fleece battling.

Material used - Cotton spandex for exterior (from Hapa fabrics), vinyl for exterior accents, cotton woven for interior. I used woven interfacing and fleece.

  • Large - Exterior: Waxed canvas and cotton spandex, interfaced with SF101. Interior: Canvas, CS for pockets with interfacing (SF101)

  • Small - Cotton canvas (AliExpress) Cotton Joanns, SF101 Walmart
  • Large - Black Vinyl, and WPC from AA Textiles, Totoro Vinyl So Pretty Custom Fabric, Thread From Sunny Sewing machines, no interfacing used.

It's a great fanny pack with space and carrying more items. There's so many zipper pockets that are so fun.  I love the way the zippers are installed. I like birthing the bag through the pocket. And it's seamless/hidden inside the pocket and not on the bag. @Linda Kolb

So for everything but the final assembly I used a Juki HZL-5 and the final step I used a Sailrite LSZ-1
